About Samira Owner & Registered Nurse
Samira Abukar is the owner of Bloom Care. She has been working in the disability sector for over 20 years ago, and is a registered nurse.
She wants to help more people living with disability to access high-quality support from the NDIS, irrespective of their culture, language or background. She has built Bloom Care centered on this commitment.
